These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by EverMoore Services, LLC ("EverMoore," "we," "us") in and around Lubbock, Texas, and to our text messaging program. By booking or accepting a service from us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning. The scope and price of each job are given in your quote or agreement. Final pricing may change if the conditions on site differ materially from what was described when the quote was given, and we will tell you before doing any additional work.
Results and Surface Conditions
We use professional methods and equipment. Some conditions, such as hard water etching on glass, deep staining, or damaged surfaces, may not be fully removable. We will explain what to expect when we quote the job, and we cannot guarantee that every stain or mark can be removed.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will confirm appointment times with you. Weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling. Recurring service plans are governed by the written plan agreement you sign, including any late-cancellation fee stated in it.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods we offer at the time of service, including card payment through a secure payment link.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us promptly after the job so we can review the issue and make it right where reasonably possible.
SMS Terms
EverMoore offers a text messaging program for customers who have agreed to receive texts from us.
- Program: EverMoore Services customer notifications. Messages include appointment confirmations, arrival reminders, invoice and payment links, and review requests related to services you booked with us.
- Consent: You agree to receive these texts by giving us your mobile number and saying yes when asked in person or by phone. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your services.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP or call (806) 200-6478.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers and the companies that deliver messages are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EverMoore's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
